sure to include your policy number on the check.
Do not mail the check — your faxed payment will be made electronically.
IMPORTANT: If cancellation is pending on your policy and your fax comes in during
non-business hours, the payment will not be processed until the next business day. Consequently, cancellation of your policy may result. |
