	Pay by Fax Fax your check to Shuffain Insurance at 781-784-8543.  Please be sure to include your policy number on the check. Do not mail the check — your faxed payment will be made electronically. IMPORTANT:  If cancellation is pending on your policy and your fax comes in during non-business hours, the payment will not be processed until the next business day.  Consequently, cancellation of your policy may result.
	Pay by Phone (Homeowners payments only) Call 866-430-2916 to make a one-time payment by check, credit or ATM/debit card via an automated phone system.  VISA, MasterCard, American Express or debit card is accepted.  You will need to know your policy number.
	Sign Up for Easy Pay (EFT) Click here to enroll in the Easy Pay program so that payments will automatically be deducted from your checking or savings account on a recurring basis.  Complete the enrollment form and mail or fax it back to Shuffain Insurance with a voided check.
