non-business hours, the payment will not be processed until the next business day. Consequently, cancellation of your policy may result. |

Call 800-584-1223 to make a one-time payment by check, credit or debit card via an automated phone system. MasterCard, VISA, Discover or
ATM/debit card is accepted. You will need to know your policy number. |

Sign Up for EFT
Click
here to enroll in the Automated Payment Plan so that payments will automatically be deducted from your checking or savings account on
a recurring basis. Complete the enrollment form and mail or fax it back to Shuffain Insurance with a voided check. |
