If your vehicle is driveable:  After you report the claim to Arbella, take it to a drive-in claims center.
 

For automobile claims, click here to access the official Massachusetts Registry forms.  Complete the Operator's Report of Motor Vehicle Accident and mail it to the Registry of Motor Vehicles, the local police where the accident occurred and to Shuffain Insurance Agency.
